After you have purchased a license:

You will receive a confirmation email that contains the DiskPatch license key. This key unlocks the full functionality of the program.
Enter your license key when DiskPatch prompts you to do so. If you wish to re-enter your license key (because you have upgraded your license and have received a new key) you can do so by selecting the "enter license key" option from the "options" menu.
