Dear sir,

I'm newbie here, I have a laptop Gateway NV59, Intel Core i3 processor.

After creating an usb boot for diskpatch, i launch it in the laptop and after i click on diskpatch, it remains a black screen, so any help how to solve this problem.

I thought that i have not done correctly the usb boot diskpatch so i try it on another laptop and it worked but anyone can help me how i can make the diskpatch work on the laptop Gateway NV59?

Please any help.

Hello,

Uninstall DiskPatch and use this to setup again. Use this to then create a USB drive:
http://diydatarecovery.nl/downloads/Demo/DiskPatchX_Setup.exe

Also, Is there a logfile on the USB stick in the DPFILES folder. Please copy/paste it's contents here.
