I sent in a request for an upgrade in the begining of this week (Monday). It's Friday now and I still have not received a response. We're going into a Holiday weekend here in the US, so it's going to be another 3 days before I can get my files?!? Come on guys, isn't a week a little unprofessional?

I checked our spam filter (I am the mail administrator) and there was nothing from diydatarecovery.nl that came in, so it's not that it got blocked on me.

How long does it take to get an upgrade request response? I can find no other way on the website to contact them except by emailing 'support@diydatarecovery.nl'.

I puchased this a tech license back in 2005, and did not have this problem when I needed to upgrade to version 4. Matter of fact, this is the very first time I've had to ask for help on the forums! The product has been great up to now!

What gives? Huh

All I can say is that I haven't seen the request, probably because of a spam filter issue. It's rare but it happens. Please send it again to tom@diydatarecovery.nl.

No holiday here, and even if there was, we usually respond even during weekends. Not to worry about that, at least.

Edit: I have the second request here, no idea why the first one has gone missing. Anyway, reply is on it's way.

Hi Tom,
I really appreciate your quick reply on this, but there is another issue. I put the details in a reply email since I'm not sure that the content should be posted on these boards. Please let me know if you have not received it.
Thanks,
-Dave

Sorry, but all I've seen is the upgrade request, as it is in my reply. Did I miss something? I currently have no other emails from you. Please re-send to tom@diydatarecovery.nl, I've relaxed the spam filter on that one, in the hope that this fixes this 'lost emails' issue.

Sorry for the inconvenience, I'm as frustrated as you are about this; if there's anything I hate it's the appearance of company incommunicado.

Thanks Tom, I resent it. It was originally sent to support@ and is now going to tom@diydatarecovery.nl.

Thanks,
-Dave
