Not in detail, no. Why would you need that?

I had a problem with my pc and used mbrtool to restore a backup mbr record. It didn't work so I started doing some research on the mbr record. I thought an mbr backup record layout might help me decipher what I'm seeing in the backup record.

The manual explains the layout of the MBR, so if rebuilding by hand is needed you can use that. Otherwise you could use DiskPatch to automatically rebuild the MBR from scratch, if needed.
