I am trying to recover lost or deleted photos of a SD card and when I try scaning the process starts but never moves to complete the scan. I tried on my c drive and the scan complets the cycle. Should I beable to scan a sd card?

Thanks Michael

You should, yes. It most likely has to do with how the disk is presented to windows. Results may be different depending on how you connect the SD card to the system; like when using a card reader or leaving the card in the original device and then connecting that device to windows. How is the SD card connected, and can you perhaps try a different method?
