Hi all.
Storage media type: 8 GB USB Stick ( Transcend  JF V30 )
File system : FAT32

The media conteined about 2000 files( mainly  mp3, wav, doc, xls, pdf )and 10-20 folders. Now no files or folders are visible.
The owner of the stick has performed only a chkdsk.
I've tried using the full version of  Iundelete ( ( just buyed  today) but I only  recovered 1 folder and 5 file ( mp3). The scan time is few seconds ) even if iI use the deep scan).
Using an old product of Sandisk ( Sandisk RescuePro 3.0) I've recovered at least 1300 files ( even if the original file name isn't recovered , the files structiure is good). What can you tell me about that?
I'm eligible for a refund?

Hello,

iUndelete not being able to find files while a signature based scanner can means the file system is corrupt (probably due to chkdsk). It is not a malfunctioning of iUndelete, it is simply a situation where a signature based scanner yields better results; unfortunately in that case file names are often not recovered. Mail us your order ID and we will refund. So please *email* it and don't post order ID here.
