Purchased on Tuesday still waiting for key!!!

I need my registration key sent to me please. All I have received has been the two part email upon purchase telling me that the third email with key will arrive shortly. Well here I am with my tech guy and I find that I have no way to use the software I paid you for two days ago.

Please respond on how to handle this today....

Mail (mail, do not post!) us (support@diydatarecovery.nl) the order number so we can check on what's happened. Once checked/verified we'll send you a key, if you have still not received one. I should say though that in all cases where something similar happened the email turned out be caught somewhere in a spam filter or an ISP box. Meaning, the email was sent but not received, which is something we can't control.
