I just ordered Irecover expecting to boot from a cd rom and recover my files on a server which has 4 disks configured in RAID5. The server shows faulty partitions (systeme and data) and 3 disk as raid member and one standalone disk. How can I recover data if I can't boot the server from the Cd-rom?. How should I proceed?

Best regards,

Esperant

iRecover needs a running Windows to work. The simplest thing to do is add one disk to the machine and install Windows on it, then install iRecover and rescue the data. Running iRecover from a Windows PE CD is currently not supported.
