I have marked the files I wish to recover and get the following message: "The installed licensed key does not support copying of the files in this recovery mode."

I purchased the proffessional license. What license do I need?

Hello,

The pro license should allow file recovery in every recovery mode. I have never heard of a pro license refusing. What recovery mode did you select (image / linux & windows / RAID)? Can you *email* me your order ID (support@diydatarecovery.nl)?

As stated all over the web site: do NOT post order IDs for public viewing. I've removed the ID.

Well?

I've tested your license key here and it works fine. Any chance the license key hasn't been entered correctly? Does iRecover actually say "professional license" in the program's title bar?

Yes. It does say "Professional License."

Sorry about the order ID. I did a google search on the error and found nothing and came straight to the forum. As of yet, I haven't seen anything about "As stated all over the web site: do NOT post order IDs for public viewing."

I did see "When requesting a refund,...  (do NOT post order ID in forum!)" but I paid scant attention to it since I was not scanning for info on refunds and stopped reading after the beginning statement. While we are on the subject, how do I get a refund on Order No. XXXXXXXXXXXX?

Just to clarify: we'll give the refund if that is what you want, but we'd like to know what's going on so that we can hopefully fix things if needed.

I just quit messing with it... too much time. I decided to just re-install and restore files from backup.

Please instruct for refund.
