I cant get my array to work, as it seems to be dependent on sata specific (physical) connector configuration (dont ask me why).
What does that mean? Has the array fallen apart into its separate disks? Your earlier description seems to contradict this, please be clear.
So assuming the RAID has fallen apart into 3 separate disks, you would need to run the RAID recovery option, select the disks, and let iRecover do its thing. After that recover as many files as possible and sort through them afterwards. The directory structure shown in the screenshot is not abnormal but it does indicate that there are probably some things wrong with the data on the disks (you don't explain what went wrong with the array or what has been done before you ran iRecover). Just rescue as much as possible now and see how that goes.
If the array is still intact and presents itself as one single disk then the problem may be something else, like a corrupt volume. Any chance we can see a screenshot of Windows disk management? Is the array visible there or just the disks?
