Hello; I have a disk with CRC redundancy error that is not possible to fix with CHKDSK.
The disk is an external USB and is read and the directory tree is correctly displayed when connected.
May DISKPATCH recover the data in this disk?
Thanks in advance.

To be honest I don't know. From your description I can't really tell what is going on. What error messages do you get? Where does it say CRC error? What does chkdsk say (you say it can't repair the error, what is the message)?

Never run chkdsk when dealing with a recovery situation, it will destroy more than it will repair.

If the disk is accessible you should start with copying as much of the data to safety as possible. If it isn't accessible you could use iRecover to copy data from the corrupted disk.
