I have one disk in which Bitlocker failed immediately at the first boot.

Since Bitlocker doesn't start encrypting until this first boot, which failed, but since unlocking the disk
  • tells me the password is ok but after
  • results on a BSOD with UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME
  • if I go to recovery: tells me the recovery key didn't work
  • if I use manage-bde: tells me the recovery key didn't work (and the same if I use the password)
  • if I use repair-bde: tells me the recovery key didn't work (and the same if I use the password) and fails to retrieve any file
  • no physical errors are detected by repair-bde

Question: therefore, there must be 99,99% non-encrypted files.

How can I recover them?

Thanks in Advance!

IF not encrypted, then you should be able to use iRecover. But you'd need a running Windows of course, attach the disk to that system and run iRecover from there.
