iRecover will not accept unlock code????

Here I am ready to recover some files from a drive and that dammed 16 thousand number key code keeps getting rejected.....
Got any ideas?

Hello,

Yes. This is the most common problem with that: The code got wrapped in the email. It appears as if it takes the entire unlock code when you copy/paste, but it does not.

For newer versions (5 and up):
Most common issue that a trailing and/or leading space charater was copied/pasted as well.
