Feature Request: Save to Image File

Hi,

a few days ago I needed to make a byte by byte clone to an image file of a disk since I did not have an empty spare disk around to clone it to.

I wanted to use DP, which I bought in 2007 just to have it around but never really used it.

But then I noticed it doesn't have that function (yet?).

So here is my request: Please include byte bybyte cloning the drive to an image file in your next release .

Yes, that thought has passed us by as well, but there are several technical reasons for which this would not be practical and/or feasable.  However, iRecover can do what you ask, so...

The disk in question had bad blocks, so therefore I would have preferred to do it with DP, since I thought that the bad blocks handling is better in DP than in iRestore.

But anyway Workbench did the job (but then I was slightly disappointed, that I could not mount the truncated image   ... well -- there is no perfection in the material world ... )
