I know about /debug.
And I can read some from the handy desktop shortcut Properties:
"C:\Program Files\DIY DataRecovery DiskTune\DiskTune.exe" /drv C: /o /normal

But it would be really nice to see a list of all command line switches somewhere.

Hello,

Well, there's that debug switch and that's the only hidden one. Basically, while building a shortcut you will see all parameters revealed in the caption of the lowest button. As you check and uncheck checkboxes and radio buttons, the caption of the button which you use to actually create the shortcut will dynamically change.

In the next release I will include a list in the help files.
