I have tried your trial version and it seems promising. However every time I try to purchase the tech license at the discounted price it always charges me the full price. If you can offer some insight as to what I need to do it will be appreciated.

What discounted price do you mean? Did you receive a coupon of some sort or do you mean the multiple license discount? The latter works for me. If you have found a coupon on a 3rd party website then we do not have anything to do with the coupon and you should talk to them.
