Sorry but that doesn't help us very much. Simply put, if you purchased the full version and installed that from the link that was given it should work (for the windows versions it supports). Just in case, what I can do is re-send you a full version that I have here that works just fine. Send me (through email, don't post any purchase details in the forum) your purchase details and I'll send you the iUndelete version. Make sure your email account can handle executable attachments.
Perhaps sending me a screenshot might help in figuring out what's going on...
