I did not find a sales contact are on your site, so I am sending it here. I am a computer technician with my own company and was looking for a good set of tools to use in data recovery. I went ahead and purchased your set and here is what I found. The iRecover worked as advertised. A little slow, perhaps, but it did work well. I recovered 100% of the files. The DiskPatch did not work. It did not recover the partition properly. I was glad I used the iRecover first. I was very disappointed in the DiskPatch program. Sincerely, Richard Burk

Hello,

Well, first of all thank you for your feedback, it's always appreciated. If DiskPatch can recover a partition or not depends on what happened to the partition. DiskPatch can only repair the partition tables and boot sectors (and in case of FAT, the file allocation tables). So, without you telling me that was wrong with the partition, I can't answer the question of DiskPatch failed to do what it should have done. And it may be so that although you are disappointed in DiskPatch, DiskPatch actually worked as designed. Maybe you had unrealistic expectations.
